		Room tax — Rate does not include room tax, currently 17.962%
		Occupancy — Rate is based on single or double occupancy. There will be a charge of $105.00 per day for any third or fourth additional adult.

		Cut-off date — The group rate is available until Friday, July 18, 2025 or until the block is full (whichever occurs first).
