Camera-ready Paper Guidelines

 

 

General Information and Requirements

  • The Camera-ready paper (CRP) submission is linked to the registration. At least one author must register and pay the registration fee in order for the paper to be included in the conference proceedings. Failure to register before the deadline may result in automatic withdrawal of your paper from the conference proceedings and program.

  • Camera-ready paper must be submitted in Microsoft Word or PDF format by May 15, 2023 to Conference Secretary at issat@issatconferences.org. Late submission will not be guaranteed of publication in the conference proceedings.

  • Paper should be no longer than 5 pages including all text, figures and references. Additional pages are subject to an Extra-page fee.

  • Camera-ready paper will be published as you submitted it. We will not edit or proofread your submitted CRP. Therefore, we urge you to prepare your CRP carefully before submitting.

  • The formatting guidelines are suggestive only. The CRP would be acceptable as long as it is formatted reasonably close to the format being suggested here or in the sample paper.

  Preparation of Camera-Ready Paper  
 
  1. Language:  English

  2. Maximum length:  5 pages 

  3. Be sure to embed all fonts used in your file and save the file with highest resolution possible.

  4. Do not insert page number or reference page number in your text. Final page numbers will be inserted by the publisher.

  5. Do not insert any header or footer and follow the page settings in the guideline to leave space for running heads and page numbers which will be inserted by the publisher.

  6. The paper must include:
    (a) Title
    (b) Authors' names (name format: LAST/FAMILY_NAME First/Given_name Middle_name/initials).
    (c) Affiliation and country, e-mail address is optional
    (d) Keywords
    (e) Abstract (maximum 200 words)
    (f) Introduction
    (g) Conclusion
    (h) References in the order of reference number

  7. After the Keywords, use 2 columns, justified alignment. The text should be prepared with single line spacing.

  8. Diagrams and photographs must be of high quality and in reasonable size.
