• All attendees are required to register and pay registration fees online. Registration is not available on-site.


• Each accepted paper must have at least one author fully registered to be included in the conference program and proceedings.


• Student-Author rate is only available to full time graduate students. Post-doctorates are not eligible for this rate. In-person student speaker must submit valid proof to issat@issatconferences.org to confirm the student rate. Proof consists of a copy of the student's identification card or a letter from the institution's registrar verifying student status.


• Each registration covers a registration of one accepted paper. Author who wishes to register a second accepted paper can register it at the Additional-Paper rate. The second paper must be presented by the same registered author.


• Each registered paper is limited to 5 pages. Extra-Page fee is applied to any pages beyond the page limit.


• Registration is non-cancelable and registration fees are non-refundable.


• By registering a paper, you certify that it is your original work and has not been copyrighted or published elsewhere.

• PHOTOGRAPHY AND INFORMATION: By participating in ISSAT's conferences, participants give ISSAT the right to use their name, photograph, and biography in ISSAT's news or promotional material, whether in print, electronic, or other media, including ISSAT’s website.


• RECORDINGS: Recording of the proceedings of the event, presentations, speeches is restricted. Restrictions include, but are not limited to, the usage of audio recording, video recording, and photography by participants or observers.


• LIABILITY WAIVER AND RELEASE: By participating in ISSAT's events, you hereby warrant that you freely waive, release from liability, assume all risks, and covenant not to sue ISSAT or its members, employees, board members, agents, or volunteers for any expense, loss, damage, personal injury, including loss of life, illness, including but not limited to COVID-19, disability, property damage, or property theft or actions of any kind that you may hereafter suffer or sustain before, during, or after the event unless they are caused by the sole, gross negligence of ISSAT. This Liability Waiver and Release is especially binding upon your heirs and assigns and is knowingly given.


• The views expressed by any participant are not necessarily those of ISSAT. All participants are solely responsible for the content of all individual or corporation presentations, marketing collateral, and/or advertising.


• ISSAT reserves the right to change, amend, add or remove any of the above Terms & Conditions in its sole discretion and without prior notice. If one or more of the conditions outlined in these Terms & Conditions should become invalid, the remaining conditions will continue to be valid and apply. These Terms & Conditions apply to all event participants.
