• Conference will be held online on Zoom. Registrants will receive instructions on how to access the program beginning ten days prior to the event.


• An accepted paper must be registered and fully paid to be scheduled for presentation and included in the conference proceedings.


• Student-Speaker registration rate is only available to full time students with valid proofs. Post-doctorates are not eligible for this rate. Required proof: submit a copy of your valid student ID to rqd@issatconferences.org. Registration is not complete without proof.


• Co-authors of registered papers may attend the online conference for free. Registration is still required.


• All registrations are regarded complete only having made the full payment prior to the Conference


• Confirmation and receipt will be issued electronically upon the receipt of both registration form and full payment.

 

We understand that unforeseen events may prevent you from attending the conference. Unfortunately, no refunds will be made for cancellation of your registration. However, if you are registered and are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to a co-author or a colleague within your organization. You must inform the Conference Secretary by email to rqd@issatconferences.org before August 1, 2022 and pay the difference in registration fees (if applicable) to initiate a transfer.

By participating in ISSAT's conferences, participants gives ISSAT the right to use their name, photograph, and biography in ISSAT's news or promotional material, whether in print, electronic, or other media, including ISSAT’s website.
