General
  • Conference will be held online on Zoom.

  • All attendees must register through our website.

  • Each accepted paper must have at least one author registered with full registration to be included in the conference program and proceedings.

  • Registration is not complete until both online registration form and full payment are received.

  • Confirmation and receipt will be issued electronically upon the receipt of both registration form and full payment.

  • Registrants will receive instructions on how to access the program beginning ten days prior to the event.

Registration Requirements and Deadlines
  • Registration deadline for Speaker is June 15, 2021

  • Camera-ready papers are due on May 31, 2021

  • Registration deadline for Co-Author of a registered paper is July 15, 2021 

  • Registration deadline for Non-Author is July 15, 2021 

  • Each Speaker fee entitles the publication and presentation of one (1) paper of up to 5 pages. Additional pages are subject to Extra-page fee.

  • Speaker may register more than one accepted paper for an additional fee. The additional papers must be presented by the same registered Speaker.

  • Co-authors of registered papers may attend the online conference for free. Registration is still required and due by July 15, 2021.

  • Student-Speaker registration rate is only available to full time students with valid proofs. Post-doctorates are not eligible for this rate. Required proofs: copy of valid student ID. Proofs should be submitted to rqd@issatconferences.org. Registration is not complete without proofs.

  • By registering a paper, you certify that it is your original work and has not been copyrighted or published elsewhere.

Fees

All fees are in US dollar and non-refundable.

  •  Speaker: $150
  •  Student-Speaker: $100
  •  Non-Author: $200
  •  Co-author of registered papers: Free
  •  Additional paper (registered by same Presenter): $25 per paper (5-page limit applied)
  •  Extra-page (more than the 5 page limit): $5 per page
  • Registration fee includes:

    • Access to All Technical Sessions
    • Digital copy of the Conference Proceedings (Speaker only)
    • Digital copy of a Presentation Certificate (upon request)

Payment
  • Registration fees can be paid by credit card, PayPal, check or bank transfer.

  • Payments by credit card must be done online.

  • Check payments must be in US dollar and drawn on a US bank.

  • Bank transfer payment option is only available to authors of accepted papers.

Confirmation and Receipt

Registration Confirmation (also serves as receipt for payment) will be sent via email upon receipt of your registration form and full payment and any applicable supportive documents.

Cancellation

 

We understand that unforeseen events may prevent you from attending the conference. Unfortunately, no refunds will be made for cancellation of your registration. However, if you are registered and are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to a co-author or a colleague within your organization. You must inform the Conference Secretary by email to rqd@issatconferences.org before July 15, 2021 to initiate a transfer.
