The Camera-ready paper (CRP) submission is linked to the registration. At least one author must register and pay the registration fee in order for the paper to be included in the conference proceedings. Failure to register before the deadline may result in automatic withdrawal of your paper from the conference proceedings and program.
Camera-ready paper must be submitted in Microsoft Word or PDF format by May 31, 2021 to Conference Secretary at email@example.com. Late submission will not be guaranteed of publication in the conference proceedings.
Papers should be no longer than 5 pages including all text, figures and references. Additional pages are subject to an Extra page fee.
Camera-ready paper will be published as you submitted it. We will not edit or proofread your submitted CRP. Therefore, we urge you to prepare your CRP carefully before submitting.
The formatting guidelines are suggestive only. The CRP would be acceptable as long as it is formatted reasonably close to the format being suggested here or in the sample paper.
Be sure to embed all fonts used in your file and save the file with highest resolution possible.
Do not insert page number or reference page number in your text. Final page numbers will be inserted by the publisher.
Do not insert any header and follow the page settings in the guideline to leave space for running heads which will be inserted by the publisher.
The paper must include:
Author name (name format: LAST/FAMILY_NAME First/Given_name, Middle_name or initials)
Affiliation name and address, e-mail address (optional)
Abstract (maximum 200 words)
References in the order of reference number
After the Keywords, use 2 columns, justified alignment. The text should be prepared with single line spacing.
RQD Conference Proceedings will be submitted for indexing in Elsevier Scopus. For proper indexing, citation, or online search, list authors' names in the format: LAST_NAME Given_name Middle name or initials (if desired). For example: PERSON John Doe or PERSON John D. or PERSON J. D.
Diagrams and photographs must be of high quality and in reasonable size.
