Registration Form

Pay Fees


General
  • Registration requires both the completion of an online registration form and full payment of the registration fee.

  • Confirmation and receipt will be issued electronically upon the receipt of both registration form and full payment.

  • Paid registration is required for all attendees including committee members, presentations, and publications of papers in the conference proceedings.

  • All correspondence, including registration confirmations and payment details, will be sent via email.

Author Registration Requirements and Deadlines
  • Registration deadline for Author and Student-Author is May 15, 2018 May 21, 2018

  • Camera-ready papers are due on May 15, 2018 May 21, 2018

  • Late registration or submission of camera-ready paper will not guarantee inclusion of paper in the conference proceedings.

  • Each Registration fee entitles the publication and presentation of one (1) paper of up to 5 pages. Additional pages are subject to Extra Page fee.

  • Author with more than one accepted papers may pay the Additional Paper fee if wishes to include the additional papers. The additional papers must be presented by the registered author.

  • If two or more authors of a same paper attend the conference, each one must pay his/her respective registration fee in full.

  • Student-Author Registration rate is only available to full time graduate students with valid proofs. Post-doctorates are not eligible for this rate. Required proofs: copy of valid student ID and official confirmation of full time student status from Advisor or university. Proofs should be submitted to rqd@issatconferences.org. Registration is not complete without proofs.

  • By registering a paper, you certify that it is your original work and has not been copyrighted or published elsewhere.

Co-Author and Non-Author Registration Requirements and Deadlines
  • Registration deadline for Co-Author of a registered paper is July 20, 2018 

  • Registration deadline for Non-Author is July 20, 2018 

  • Co-author of a registered paper may pay at the Author Registration rate.

Fees

All fees are in US dollars and non-refundable.

Fees:

  • Author registration: $595
  • Student-Author registration: $530
  • Non-Author registration: $750

  • Extra page fee: $60 per page
  • Additional paper fee: $60 per page

Registration fee includes:

- Access to all conference sessions
- One printed copy of the Conference Proceedings
- One electronic copy of the Conference Proceedings
- Welcome reception
- Conference lunch
- Daily continental breakfasts
- Refreshment breaks during conference
- Conference gifts

Payment
  • Registration fees can be paid by credit card, PayPal, check or bank transfer

  • Payments by credit card must be done online

  • Check payments must be in US dollars and drawn on US banks

  • Bank transfer payment option is only available to authors of accepted papers.

Confirmation and Receipt

Registration confirmation and payment receipt will be sent via email upon receipt of your registration form and full payment and proofs if required.

Cancellation

 

We understand that unforeseen events may prevent you from attending the conference. Due to costs already incurred, no refunds will be made for cancellation of your registration. But, if you are registered and are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to a co-author or a colleague within your organization. You must inform conference secretary by email to rqd@issatconferences.org before July 30, 2018 to initiate a transfer. If the conference registration fee is greater (e.g. Author registration to Non-Author registration, etc.), the person to whom the registration is being transferred must pay the difference.

Letter of Invitation

An invitation letter will only be issued to authors of accepted paper upon request. If you require a letter of invitation, please submit your online registration form with the "Letter of Invitation" box checked. Invitation letter will be issued in electronic form via email. If you require a hardcopy of the invitation letter sent to you by express courier, you will have to pay the relevant expenses in advance.

It should be understood that an invitation letter only aims to assist participants who need to obtain a visa or permission to attend the conference and does not financially obligate the conference organizers in any way. All expenses incurred in relation to their attendance at the conference are the sole responsibility of the attendees.

Visa compliance

It is the sole responsibility of the attendees to ensure that they comply with any visa requirements to attend the conference. The conference organizers cannot contact embassies and consulates on behalf of visa applicants.

  • PERSONAL INSURANCE: ISSAT cannot be responsible for health care during its conferences or events. ISSAT strongly recommends that Participants take out comprehensive personal and travel insurance. ISSAT accepts no responsibility of any nature whatsoever for personal injury, death, loss or damage to property or Participants however caused or arising.
