Camera-ready Paper submission



General Information and Requirements

  • The Camera-ready paper (CRP) submission is linked to the registration. At least one author must register and pay the registration fee by May 15, 2018 in order for the paper to be included in the conference proceedings. Failure to register before the deadline may result in automatic withdrawal of your paper from the conference proceedings and program.

  • Camera-ready paper must be submitted in Microsoft Word or PDF file by May 15, 2018 to Conference Secretary at Late submission will not be guaranteed of publication in the conference proceedings.

  • Papers should be no longer than 5 pages including all text, figures and references. Additional pages cost 60 USD per page.

  • Camera-ready paper will be published as you submitted it. We will not edit or proofread your submitted CRP. Therefore, we urge you to prepare your CRP carefully before submitting.

  • ISSAT RQD MS-Word Template is available for users of Microsoft Word. Please consider these instructions as guidelines for preparation of camera-ready papers. The CRP would be acceptable as long as it is formatted reasonably close to the format being suggested in the sample paper.

  Preparation of Camera-Ready Paper  
  1. Language:  English

  2. Maximum length:  5 pages.  Additional pages cost US$ 60 per page.

  3. Be sure to embed all fonts used in your file and save the file with highest resolution possible.

  4. Do not insert page number or reference page number in your text. Final page numbers will be inserted by the publisher.

  5. Do not insert any header and follow the page settings in the guideline to leave space for running heads which will be inserted by the publisher.

  6. The paper must include:
    (a) Title
    (b) Authors' name (name format: First/Given name, Middle name or initials, Last/Family name)
    (c) Authors' affiliation name and address, e-mail address (optional)
    (d) Keywords
    (e) Abstract (maximum 200 words)
    (f) Introduction
    (g) Conclusion
    (h) References in the order of reference number

  7. After the Keywords, use 2 columns, justified alignment. The text should be prepared with single line spacing.

  8. Proceedings will be indexed in Elsevier Scopus and Compendex index. For proper indexing, citation, or online search, list authors' names in the format: Given name, Middle name or initials (if desired), Last name. For example: John Doe Person.

  9. Diagrams and photographs must be of high quality and in reasonable size.
