•   DSBFI 2025 will be held in person and virtually on January 6-7, 2025 and virtually only on January 8, 2025


•   All attendees are required to register and pay registration fees online. Registration fees are in US dollars and non-refundable.


•   The final submission to the conference can be either a full paper or an extended abstract. Please note that any reference to "paper" in this registration process refers to both full papers and extended abstracts.


•   Each accepted paper must have at least one author fully registered to be included in the conference program and proceedings.


•   Student-Author rate is only available to full time graduate students with proof of student status. Post-doctorates are not eligible for this rate. Proof consists of a copy of either student identification card or the institution's registrar verifying student status and should be sent to dsbfi.conference@gmail.com at the time of registration.


•   Each registration covers one accepted paper. Authors wishing to present more than one accepted paper can register the additional paper(s) at the Additional Paper rate. The additional paper(s) must be presented by the same registered author.


•   Each registered paper is limited to 5 pages. Extra-Page fee is applied to any pages beyond the page limit.


•   By registering a paper, you certify that it is your original work and has not been copyrighted or published elsewhere.


•   Submission of a registration is regarded as affirmation of your acceptance of the entire Registration Terms and Conditions.


•   Registered conference participants are welcome to purchase tickets for their companions to join the Welcome Dinner Cruise and Hoi An Dinner Tour. When making your purchase, please provide the names of your companions for their badges.

• PHOTOGRAPHY AND INFORMATION: By participating in ISSAT's conferences, participants give ISSAT the right to use their name, photograph, and biography in ISSAT's news or promotional material, whether in print, electronic, or other media, including ISSAT’s website.


• RECORDINGS: Recording of the proceedings of the event, presentations, speeches is restricted. Restrictions include, but are not limited to, the usage of audio recording, video recording, and photography by participants or observers.


• LIABILITY WAIVER AND RELEASE: By participating in ISSAT's events, you hereby warrant that you freely waive, release from liability, assume all risks, and covenant not to sue ISSAT or its members, employees, board members, agents, or volunteers for any expense, loss, damage, personal injury, including loss of life, illness, including but not limited to COVID-19, disability, property damage, or property theft or actions of any kind that you may hereafter suffer or sustain before, during, or after the event unless they are caused by the sole, gross negligence of ISSAT. This Liability Waiver and Release is especially binding upon your heirs and assigns and is knowingly given.


• The views expressed by any participant are not necessarily those of ISSAT. All participants are solely responsible for the content of all individual or corporation presentations, marketing collateral, and/or advertising.


• ISSAT reserves the right to change, amend, add or remove any of the above Terms & Conditions in its sole discretion and without prior notice. If one or more of the conditions outlined in these Terms & Conditions should become invalid, the remaining conditions will continue to be valid and apply. These Terms & Conditions apply to all event participants.
