Similarity Analysis of Large Linear Vibrating Screen

Abstract According to the similarity theory, the 27 m2 large linear vibrating screen prototype and the similar test model was established. According to the theory of experimental modal analysis, the similar modal parameters of the test model and the prototype of the linear vibrating screen are analyzed using the equation analysis method. The similar relations of modal parameters are verified by hammer experimental vibration method. The results show that the modal parameters including the transfer function, modal frequency and mode shape conform to the similarity criterion.
