Research on Reliability Analysis Method for Mechanical Parts Based on Operation State Theory

Abstract Puts forward the concept to describe the workability of mechanical products with operation state. The linkage between operation state and reliability is established, and the principium to analyze reliability of mechanical products using operation state is elucidated. An example that applying operation state theory to analyze the special shape hole abrasion failure for gear shifting synchronizer of some type vehicle is given.
