The 18th ISSAT RQD Conference will be held at the

Paid registration is required for all attendees, presentations, and publications of papers in the conference proceedings.

Letter of Invitation  Letter of Invitation will only be issued upon request to Authors with accepted papers and fully paid registration. Letter of Invitation does not financially obligate the conference organizers in any way. All expenses incurred in relation to their attendance at the conference are the sole responsibility of the attendees.

Visa compliance  It is the sole responsibility of the attendees to ensure that they comply with any visa requirements to attend the conference. The conference organizers cannot contact embassies and consulates on behalf of visa applicants.

Computer and LCD projector will be provided for presentations at the conference.

The allotted time for each presentation is approx. 22 minutes including Q&A. 

Submission of PowerPoint Presentation:

• Presentation files should be in Microsoft Office PowerPoint format (MS Office 2000 or newer version).
• Submit your PowerPoint Presentation files to chenzh@fiu.edu by Thursday, July 12, 2012
• Name your PowerPoint presentation files in the following format:  ISSAT_Session Number_First name_ Last name.ppt         Example: ISSAT_S1_John_Smith.ppt
• Include your file name in the Subject line of your email.
• Kindly bring a back-up file of you presentation with you on-site.

Two outstanding papers presented at the conference will be chosen for the ISSAT Best Paper and Best Student Paper Awards.  Student must be first author and presenter at the conference to quality.

Outstanding papers will be considered for publication in special issues of the International Journal of Reliability, Quality and Reliability Management and Computing Special Volume of the Annals of Operations Research.
