Abstract According to IEC61373-2010 "Railway applications - vehicle equipment - shock and vibration tests" provisions of the ASD spectrum, the random vibration analysis of a new type EMU composite equipment cabin skeleton beam and a curved beam section by ABAQUS finite element analysis software Dirlik algorithm Miner method based on cumulative damage. Due to the large amount of data, the cumulative fatigue damage is calculated by Python programming language D. The results show that: under the ASD spectrum of IEC61373, the fatigue cumulative damage degree of CFRP cabin is very small, and the fatigue failure will not occur
