Abstract Through the analysis and research on the capability evaluation of present product maintenance support, product maintenance support capability evaluation method based on cloud theory is proposed, which realizes the Swaps between qualitative index and quantitative index in evaluation. First of all, building product maintenance support capability evaluation indicator system from the reality and service corps ; secondly, expounding all indicators cloud model evaluation process; finally, constructing product maintenance support evaluation comprehensive cloud by using the weighted cloud gravity center method, and realizing the security assessment can force on product maintenance, and verified by examples. This method provides a useful attempt for study on the method of product maintenance support capability evaluation.
