Authors are invited to submit full manuscripts in MS-Word or PDF format to rqd@issatconferences.org by February 15, 2012.  Only original papers that have not been published or submitted for publication elsewhere can be submitted. 

Paper submissions must be written in English and include authors' names, affiliations and complete mailing and email addresses.  Submitted papers should not be longer than 15 double-spaced pages or 8 pages in 2-column style.

All submitted papers will be reviewed for merit and contents. 

Author of an accepted paper will need to register and pay full conference registration fee for the paper to be published in the conference proceedings.  Selected ISSAT Conference Proceedings are indexed by ISI.

Two outstanding papers presented at the conference will be chosen for the ISSAT Best Paper and Best Student Paper Awards.  Student must be first author and presenter at the conference.

Outstanding papers will be considered for publication in special issues of the International Journal of Reliability, Quality and Safety Engineering and IEEE Trans. on Systems, Man and Cybernetics.

The ISSAT International Conference on Reliability and Quality in Design is an international forum for presentaion of new results, research development and applications in reliabiltiy and quality in design.  Papers may address any aspect of reliability and quality in design.  Papers dealing with case studies, experimental results, or applications of new or well-known theory to the solution of actual reliabiltiy and quality problems in engineering design are of particular interest.
