submit a full manuscript of no more than 15 double-spaced pages
including the authors' names, affiliations, and complete email addresses.
All papers should be submitted electronically in Microsoft Word or pdf format to Conference Secretary at rqd@issatconferences.org by February 15, 2009.
Submitted papers will be reviewed for merit and contents.
Accepted papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings.
Outstanding papers will be considered for publication in special
issues of the International Journal of Reliability, Quality and
Safety Engineering and IEEE Trans. on Systems, Man and Cybernetics. |
