Right Person on the Right Place - A business Process Perspective

Abstract Business process is now an important infrastructure in the modern corporations. However, the operations in the process usually are di erent from each other. Each opera- tion has its own role and importance in the business process. Therefore, the performance evaluation for the individuals in the process is not easily to be fair at the same basis. This article presents a method to do the operation assignment in the business process. The ndings are helpful for the man- ager to put the right person on the right place such that the entire performance of the process is maximized. Exam- ples are demonstrated for the explanation of the proposed method.
